Sandy Kehs has over 20 years of accomplished experience in business operational roles to include Recruiter, HR Director, & Area Manager with such companies as Marriott and Sunrise Senior Living. Sandy believes the best way she can make a difference in the lives of seniors is by placing exceptional leadership talent in caring organizations. “Having worked in Human Resources for so many years, I absolutely know that having the right person in the right job makes all the difference in the world and it is so exciting to me to be a link to those perfect matches that will truly make a difference!”

Sandy has grown her talent in recruiting over the past several years in senior living organizations and has been recognized for her creative approaches to targeting talent as well as her ability to fill open positions. Sandy is a native of Pennsylvania, but moved to Arizona to start her career after receiving her Master’s Degree at Penn State University. She and her husband enjoy spending time with seniors and have adopted several grandparents in Arizona. She also does volunteer work supporting Alzheimer’s patients and their families. She is passionate about doing everything possible to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. As a resident of Phoenix, her main areas of focus will be in the southwest to include Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and Texas.
