With over 20 years experience in Recruitment, Staffing and Business Development, James came to JSA SEARCH with the background and desire to help employers and employees find the best match possible for their needs. Having worked for the prestigious staffing company Vedior, James brings a rare knowledge to the JSA team, specializing in Interim Staffing and Long Term Care.

James put his grandmother-in-law and great-grandmother through the Nursing home industry and has an amazing sensitivity to the needs of the employer and the desires of the candidate in Long Term Care.

An Eagle Scout, James is often found volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America, or on the field as a soccer coach and referee.

He received his degree from Crafton Hills College in Liberal Arts.
