Business Development Manager

James brings over 20 years of recruiting, staffing and management experience to JSA. He uses this experience to effectively match candidates to our clients’ needs, and his first hand knowledge managing employees in warehouse, manufacturing, customer service and clerical environments helps him find exactly what JSA’s clients are looking for.

As a Branch Manager for one of the world’s largest staffing firms, James developed and refined his risk management skills, finding significant savings for the company by reducing time and money lost due to workplace injuries.

Outside of work, James dedicates a significant portion of his time to volunteer work. He volunteers as a referee and coach in the local soccer league, and as an Eagle Scout, James is committed to giving back to Scouting, acting as Cubmaster for his son’s Cub Scout Pack and assisting with his daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.

James holds a degree in liberal arts and is an avid reader of history, finding that many of today’s problems in leadership have already been answered by the great leaders of the past.
